I like Hall group, but this branch disappointed me a little. No loaners or rental cars, long waites for oil changes or other services that would nirmaly take 40 min to one hour. Setting up an appointment seems of little use. Walk ins seem to get ahead of you. I waited 3 hours in total

I made an over the phone appointment for an Oil Change and State Inspection. The first operator/representative (Michael) was very rude when I was explaining what I needed and asking about pricing. He was very short in his communication and then hung up on me. If I did not like the service and techs there surely would have gone somewhere else. Sorry don't have name of the young lady who eventually provided the service in getting me straight with my appointment but she was a jewel and extremely pleasant.

Cory was so helpful and friendly during the entire process. It definitely made me feel like finding the right care for me was more important than just putting me in a vehicle. Great customer service skills! Chris was also very helpful when it came to the numbers. These two made for a great experience.
