BB&B is not the store it use to be. They do not have the selection of decorative towels that they use to. Limited selection on curtains and the prices are still not that competitive

I hope and pray that the Toledo Ohio store stays open. I don't like shopping on line. I like to look, see, hold everything in person. Lewis helped us with a cordless vacuum yesterday. He was a busy worker but took time to help us. I Love That!

So disappointed. Where is the color? Every department is a complete bore. I wanted a spatial in a bright color. All they had was white and beige. Next I needed bedding for my kid. Absolutely no cute styles at all. Mostly solid colors. The shower curtains were super low quality and I could only find one brand of cocktail shaker and it was boring stainless steel with zero style. Lastly I needed the most mundane thing of all, a hamper. I didn't need a fancy one. I wanted a plain plastic one. They had basics no inventory. The store looked picked over, sparse and so few options. Sad. I could have gone to Amazon but u like to touch stuff before so buy. Not sure where to go now.
