This is a little gem of a “nook” restaurant that opens early for breakfast. Our family has had many delicious meals here, and the staff is quiet, courteous and professional. The coffee is kept hot and fresh and the meals are delicious, especially when compared to, relatively,, bland diner food. My husband, a creamed chipped beef aficionado, states they make the best in all of South Jersey. The Breakfast Nook Cafe is a hidden treasure located in the quaint little town of Riverton, NJ. It is definitely worth an excursion away from the norm.

I am beyond happy that the Breakfast Nook Cafe reopened. The Manager is so warm and pleasant. The food is absolutely consistently delicious (thank you cook.) The prices are very reasonable and the portions are plentiful. The owners have maintained a very pleasant atmosphere, and are extremely personable, professional and attentive. It only took a couple of visits for our server, Aksel, to remember our "usual" orders: eggs with cheddar cheese, scrapple (sometimes bacon,) rye toast, home fries and coffee.) She always greets us with a smile and jokes with my spouse - which adds to our pleasant experience. It's nice seeing repeat customers' faces. It's just a nice family restaurant. The place is also very clean too- which is a plus in my book. I hope they never close their doors. We're customers for life. Kudos to the entire team. Well done guys!

Their prices were amazing before they shut down. Now a lot of the items are over priced and give less portions of food. Their food is amazing but half the menu’s prices need to be adjusted. $7 for a side of 2 eggs… $7 for all the sides basically.
