My husband and I really loves this place. We used to go to a foot massage place that made our back much worse. The two massage therapists are amazing. They do not resort to easy ways and will help you with where you needs the most work. We moved and now live 40 minutes away, but we are still returning to this place for our massages. Look no where else, the is the best!

Very professional atmosphere, Mary is an excellent therapist. She is very intuitive and can sense where you need most therapy. She is also very strong so if you’re looking for deep tissue massage, she is the one to ask for! So glad I found Y&R Spa!

Very relaxing expect for the talking during the massage. The only reason I rate it a 3 is because I paid for a couple 60 minute massage and only got 50 minutes. Im sure of this because I checked my watch as soon as they enter the room. Now I was gonna tip but decided not to because they didn’t give us the full 60. I was stopped at the door and was told I have to tip. Lol wow. I still didn’t say anything (about being 10 minutes short of 60) I gave them the tip and just left. Over all it was a okay experience but it could have been better.

The night before last, I was in pain. I couldn’t raise my arm over my head, I couldn’t extend my arm to the side, I couldn’t turn my head side to side, my shoulder blade burned like fire. It was a miserable sleepless night. Yesterday morning my husband convinced me to go see Mary at Y&R Spa, and I reluctantly agreed. When we arrived, Mary questioned me about the pain I was having and told me what she thought the source of the pain was, then proceeded with a deep tissue massage. She was meticulous in treating the painful areas, and identified other areas which I hadn’t even realized were painful. Mary communicated with me throughout the massage, inquiring about my comfort and pain levels. After the massage, she advised me to stay hydrated, rest, etc., and sent me on my way. 24 hours later, I AM PAIN FREE. I found Mary to be knowledgeable about the human body and the science of massage. She is compassionate and caring, always expressing concern for your comfort and pain level. Her technique was perfect. Maybe more importantly Mary is a genuinely nice person; a truly sweet soul. I recommend Y&R Spa without reservation.
