Tried to up my rate twice due to a “miscommunication.” DONT let them even if they try and pressure you. Also, TAKE YOUR TIME REVIEWING THE PAPERWORK. They make you wait hours and then will try and get you to sign papers very quickly. Take your time and ignore the person sitting across from you until you’ve done the numbers yourself and make sure everything is correct.

To make it short the environment makes you feel like people don't care to help, I was standing there waiting for a service rep. To only be attended by one of the mechanics who was nice enough to find someone. After holding my car for a day when I took it in at 9:30 am the day before for just a diagnostic. Took a whole 24 hrs for a diagnostic. So I would say to not come if you want good service I started with Cameron and ended with Brandon today, goty car for me in an hour. So don't belive the five star or four star the people here really don't care that they treat customers this way, I will say that the work is good but the customer service and leadership need some courses. Telling me that my car sat in your dealership all day just because Cameron had a bad day with a client and I called to see what was up at four and no one can give me an answer.... yeah sounds like some training needs to be done

My service advisor, Max, went over and beyond to assist me my my new Jeep service. He even helped me locate a tire key, given I accidentally left mine, so we could rotate my tires. Thank you Max, I will expect for your assistant in the future. You are the best !
