I paid for my hotel with a debit card on Tuesday. Then I reserved my next night on the hopper app. Called the front desk to say I had reserved another room and need a stay over. They told me to come to the office with my id. Got to the office and the manager Thomasine was training a new front desk representative. I told them I paid on the app and wanted a stay over. The trainee asked if she should recharge me and Thomasine said no and pointed to the screen and said look she has already paid. They gave me a receipt and I left. Later that day I noticed my account was charged $88. Went back to the office. The rep said she saw multiple charges for the same night but she could not do the refund and to wait till 1am when the manager comes. I contacted the app who contacted the rep and the app relayed the same message to wait for the manager. So I got no sleep waiting with $4 to my name for the manager. Got to the offivlce. She had the nerve to tell me she couldn't refund but would put the money on another night. I kindly told her I'm a hospitality major who has worked in a hotel and know that's not true. She then said she would send my money to the app and I would have to get the money from them. Another lie. I told her the charge on my card came directly from the hotel and not the app. She then agrees to refund my money. Now I'm waiting for my money to get back to my card broke. Buyer beware.π’

This is the worst motel 6 we have ever stayed at. Being a military family, we travel with pets a lot. Motel 6 is our go-to. One of the workers here told us that we needed to keep the blinds in our room closed because they put us in a "no pet" room and he didn't want his manager to see our dogs and he get in trouble? And then my dogs end up with fleas!We saw this man put his face up to many guest windows to look inside their rooms in the few days we were there, it was really uncomfortable. This isn't even the worst part. We did not have a remote for the TV, and after further investigation of the TV we saw that all of the cords were taken out of the back of it and appeared broken. We did not complain because we had enough of the place and just wanted to leave. Well, we ended up getting charged $300 after we left for "breaking" an already broken TV! We have been calling this Motel 6 for over a week now and keep getting told the manager is not available but will call us back at _____ time and we never get called back. I am still in shock by this whole experience.

Would not recommend was charged twice n only getting 348 back because they claimed room smelled like weed when in reality it smelled like cigarettes when itβs a non smoking room! What a scam! 0/10 worst place to stay n forgot to mentioned they downgraded us and we didnβt receive what we saw on the picture when we bought the room for a week!

It's not the Ritz, but we'll just say it has its charms. Some of which include an outdoor table pool, next to the lil' laundry room, a big area where the dogs can do there thing, newly remodeled rooms, and a decent game room.

The check out is correct 11am. 853 N. Military Hwy do not have roaches. In the event that u have any trouble with the room. They will switch u out.
Yes they have rooms with a stove, refrigerator and microwave in it. But you can always call and ask before you book your stay
You have to ask for that and those rooms are a little more. Overall I love Motel6 on militaryπ€
I have stayed there numerous of times never had a problem besided bedbugs bits are in a pattern not just one spot
