Took them basically two months to repair my car from a median damaged front bumper and alignment and stirring issues from being tboned in an accident. They took their sweet time and had more excuses than valid reasons on what was holding up the process. So finally got my car back after basically two months and I notice immediately while driving it for the first time in a while that the alignment was completely off, causing rattling and trembling while driving in the stirring wheel and noise coming from the engine. Because of this two weeks later, while on the road, my front driver wheel splits open while driving, I was asked did I have recent work done to the alignment of my vehicle which i did from metro tech, all this due to the terrible alignment job they did. The overall repairs done for my vehicle were below average The car detail they claim to have done was below average as well. The only thing they did pretty good was waxing the vehicle. Other than that there were more problems than solutions. Also the staff was rude So all in all NO I would NOT recommend going to this shop unless it’s your last option. I prefer you go to Jack Demmer instead

Recently woke up and had my back window broken out and my steering wheel stolen… I had a few options on where to tow it per my insurance company, I chose them. Didn’t know how long it would take so I have them a call like a week and a half after and they said it wouldn’t be done for a few weeks. It only took them two weeks to repair my window, replace my steering wheel, and fixed my bumper from a rear end accident without me mentioning it to them or my insurance company! It looks brand new and definitely much cleaner than when it was towed… not only after all they have done, I did not have to pay a thing🥹 I’m so grateful for their work and appreciate it very much!

Unprofessional and terrible customer service. First time coming here and let me give you an honest review. They had my vehicle for 2.5 months you would think they would make sure your vehicle would be fixed. 3 days later from picking up my truck my wheel flys off while goin to work in the morning, probably would of caused a big accident with people seriously hurt because they said the bearing looked " fine " and wasn't an issue. They're cheap and skimp out on actually fixing the problem. Heard more excuses than solutions with these people.Than they tamper with irrelevant issues on your vehicle without prior consent. They don't even have any paperwork backing up their alignment check on your vehicle. Whole experience from day one was straight bad. My antenna was ripped out and never replaced it They never offered me a rental vehicle but any other place would do it for you hassle free. Update: Strongly suggest anyone to go somewhere else than here. The owner will call you back trying to redeem himself but the damage is already done. Don't get caught up with this shady establishment
