Service was fast, staff was friendly enough, food temperature was perfect, flavor and doneness of everything was on point... I had to deduct a star because I asked for ranch and ketchup twice while ordering and still drove off with no condiments whatsoever. Next time I'll be sure to check the bag. Other than that all was pretty good. Thank you for the customer service and warm meal. Greatly appreciated

I ordered a double burger. This is what I found when I got home. A single, tiny patty and 4 onion rings.

Ordered onion rings as a side and got 3 onion rings. Ordered a quesadilla as a side and received chili! Lastly, ordered ketchup, mustard, mayo, lettuce, tomato and pickles on my burger and they put EVERYTHING including onions which I am ALLERGIC to. That is why I specifically listed what I wanted! Thanks for ruining my dinner. Not I'm already home and still have to find something else to eat!! 😡😡
