This is an excellent company. I was directed to Square Luggage when my Eagle Creek Carry-On bag had a problem with extending the telescoping handle. The warranty claim process referred me to Square Luggage. Steve, in the repair department was great. Repair parts were supposed to come from Eagle Creek who had undergone an ownership change. Repairs were delayed because of supply change issues, Long Beach terminal backlog, etc. After a couple of months of no progress, Steve reached out to Eagle Creek and obtained a new replacement bag for me. So great to work with American company that has been in business for over 70 years. Definitely consider this company for a new luggage purchase or repair needs.

Excellent warranty repair for my Eagle Creek suitcase. Very fast service! I mailed my suitcase from Florida on May 27 and had it back by June 11 with new wheels, ready to roll!!!

Hello, Yes, we are an authorized luggage repair center and can we also provide you with a written estimate for you to submit to the airlines, although you would need the drop off the suitcase to our location for us to evaluate the damage.

All Retail Employees must wear masks at all times and have a temp check when entering. All customers entering must wear masks. All personal and customers must social distance. Plastic protective shields at all registers. Continual cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day after customer interactions.
