This is the worst doctors office I’ve ever encountered! The staff has been rude to me since I arrived and makes completing simple tasks (like filling my medication as possible. . They don’t send proper paperwork for prior authorizations either they are not one to trust at all. If you’re there find another doctors office immediately

On 4/18 went in for yearly physical which included blood work, staff submitted claims forms for the service. Called my insurance company because I got billed for those services and was told that the staff omitted my group number on the forms and used the wrong codes for the services I received. Called billing who told me to call office to have them resubmit claim forms with correct codes and group number. Staff told me they could not bring up my file and that I had to get bills from insurance showing them what codes were wrong. With the long wait times to make an appointment, showing up for appointments that they say have been cancelled and now this. their ignorance is astounding. I will not be going back, this is the worst office, the staff are truly incompetent
