Do not move here! We lived there for 3 years and our first apartment was fine with no issues except the elevator being broken the entire time. Moved into a bigger unit because I was having a baby and it was hell. The windows had 3/4 inch gaps going to the outside causing winter to be terrible. All heaters had to be on causing our electric bill to be over 300$ a month (one bedroom apartment). We also needed extra heat sources which would cause our power to cut off. The wiring has not been updated and very dangerous having everything on one circuit. Owners refused to do anything about the windows. We could not run our air conditioner in bedroom and run the microwave. We also had no access to our breaker switch so we would have to sit without power for hours sometimes a day until someone turned it back on. All this while knowing we had an infant in the house. It was not up to code and very unsafe. Instead of fixing anything they asked us to leave in the MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC! Terrible people !!!

Roaches and I have pictures to prove it. Not to mention plumbing issues.. 2 weeks ago upstairs toilet started to leak. They came out and "fixed it" today in the mid-afternoon it started again but bad. Emailed them said they are on their way. Almost 3 hours later no one still there. The ceiling tiles now have collapsed in my bathroom and the water is everywhere . Not very happy!

Not true on the roaches, in my 8 months there I honestly haven't seen one. On the whole for the location and price I give it 5. As units open up they're typically rehabbed with new carpet, fixtures, and paint
