Good food and excellent service but the wait time to be served after being seated was two hours!

We had a reservation for 5 people at noon. We were seated immediately upon arrival and had friendly and expedient staff get us settled. Our waitress Ashley was excellent, friendly and accommodating throughout our meal. The food was delicious. For these reasons, I give Under the Moon 3/5 stars. I would be giving it less were it not for the above. We ordered drinks, which arrived after about 20 minutes, tapas as an appetizer which took about 20-30 minutes more to come out. We were told after getting our drinks that their system had unexpectedly shut down, resulting in a minor delay, which is understandable and not anything anyone can be faulted for, to my knowledge. We gave our orders for brunch entrees at the same time as the tapas and did not get served for at least another hour, until after 2pm. In the meanwhile, at least 3 tables around us who arrived after we did had their entire meals, paid, and left by the time we were served. Some remediation was provided by our waitress, which was appreciated, however, this very significant delay resulted in our entire plan for the afternoon being thrown off. For the cost of a meal here, I would hope for better from Under the Moon, and am unlikely to return any time soon.
