Bought a washer and dryer from idlers back in November 2001 this is June 2002 have had trouble with washer for the last 3 1/2 months they keep putting me off with can’t get parts and when they do get the part and came out to fix it it was the wrong parts call the store they say they can’t talk to the appliance doctor but yet when I called him back and tell them what the problem is then they say oh well we have to call and talk to them talking about getting the runaround I’m still sitting here with a broken down washer that pay we paid over $2000 for they will not even consider giving me a new one until they get all the fax if I was you I would never buy an appliance from idlers appliance again
