Ignore their fake reviews. Nobody that has any knowledge of this shady business would leave a positive review. They are predatory and target anyone they deem vulnerable. They have no IT agents, they only employ sales people. They will charge people insane amounts to install bad antivirus software. Take your computer into a shop and save yourself the time and money you would otherwise waste with this useless scam of a company.

Misatakenly called this outfit with a phone problem, they messed with my computer and now it doesn't work. Why did they want access to my computer anyway? I did not authorize them to do that...

Due to my elderly father getting sick, I recently took over my parents finances. I found that they were being charged monthly by this company for a "tech support care plan". I am not sure how my parents would have even gotten their contact information and they do not recall even signing up for these services. You can read the complaints on the BBB website and multiple review sites with how this company takes advantage of the elderly.
