I was attending a conference at the Main and stopped in for lunch. The Oysters and she crab soup was so good that I came back the next day. A few others from the conference stopped by for happy hour also but they weren't with my table. We all were charged an automatic 20% gratitude tho b/c we "looked" like we were all together. The 20% wasn't the main problem tho, the problem is they charged the 20% gratuity the normal menu price and not the happy hour price. $14 gratuity on a $30 bill. The waiter caught a huge attitude when asked about it. The food is great just make sure you review your bill before paying!

The food and atmosphere here is excellent. But they get five stars for the espresso martinis alone. Really delicious drinks. Joe was a great bartender. The staff here was so friendly 🙂

So good I ate here two nights in a row. Food is expertly prepared and service is warm & friendly. Don't miss the Rhode Island-style calamari, she crab soup, or the truffle fries. If you order the catch of the day, try it 'golden'. The bartenders are fantastic & super helpful if you aren't sure which cocktail to try.

A nice seafood restaurant in the Hilton Norfolk that is worth the trip. This is a large restaurant in the Hilton that has a large bar in addition to a main dining room and more private dining areas. The seafood selections are many and varied and tend to be twists on classic dishes. The service is also attentive and the beverage selection is very nice. We enjoyed a range of dishes from raw oysters on the half shell, smoked fish dip, to fresh catch of the day (rockfish bronzed). Really enjoyed our meal although the room we were seated in did get rather crowded. Would definitely come again if in the area.
