My mom's spectrum account got all messed up so we went into the office to sort things out and Nichole was the lady that helped us and I must say she was so helpful and patient. This was no easy task and she went above and beyond. Thank you Nichole

The young man left in charge at the Paso Store...his initials V. R. was the extremely smug & snarky. He showed no desire to be useful,...he lacked knowledge & ability to think critically....further he showed no sense of decency... I would encourage Spectrum to screen their employees better for genuine courtesy and intelligence. Thank goodness there telephone customer service was excellent and corrected two of the significant errors made by the in store employees...seriously go somewhere else...not this store.
