i have a broken hobart equipment and need service asap. i been calling their office for three days, and still waiting on tech guy to call me back to scheduling service. each time you call their office, you will just told you to wait for the tech guy to call you back. but there is none. avoid hobart if you don't want you equipment just sit there like a pieces of junk.

I brought in a commercial tabletop Hobart mixer to be repaired, which they did and it seems to work fine. Took a week to do and I spoke with the technician by phone about the repairs and all went well. The next day I put it to the test and it did not work in 2nd gear. They came out to me and fixed it right away and no additional charge. Works great now. Thank you.

Absolute worst equipment and even worse service. When we have needed help with a broken product (which happens ALL THE TIME) we call and are told they'll be out to service in the next day or 2, but they don't come. They charge $200 an hour for labor when they don't even fix anything. The techs that come out are as polite as they can be, but they are rude on the phone and pass you from person to person. At all costs, avoid Hobart!! Complete rip off!
