I just showed up, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and had the results in about 30 minutes
Not sure. Just make an appointment online and show up wearing a mask.
Go to testutah.gov. (looks like a blue cross).Take the survey then you can be guided through to a test location. It'll show what days are available and then times.
