Don’t come here unless you want to spend 4 hours waiting for a test, just make an appointment somewhere else spent a lot of time here in my car with it on every so often. Not very speedy or professional in my opinion. My car was also on almost the whole time drained my gas and time. Came here while sick and not a good decision.

That would be a good question for the county health department.
You'll need to use your local health department for training saltlakehealth.org

Call the county office where you got the marriage licence. They can mail it to you or pick it up There will be a small fee.
