Do not believe the reviews. They are not accurate and possibly added to Google via the overseas call center or by bots. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They cancel your appointment after they’ve taken your money to order the parts. Do not recommend for anyone to use. Do not recommend to your friends or family. There is a reason series went out of business. If Google would let me post with zero stores I would. That’s how terrible they are! They need to be shut down.

I called to get an estimate on replacing my oven coils. After going through a multi level voice tree, I reached a person. She did not give an estimate instead tried to find my non existent account. She said she found my phone number under a different name and address. I repeated several times it was not me please start as new account. She refused and continue to change the existing account. Since she would not listen to me nor provide me with the information I wanted. I hung up! I would not recommend this company.

Called them million times. The automated voice offered me millions of types of businesses, insurances, cable services and car repairs. But no one answered yhe phone! Wth?!
