As far as I know, the cherries are always available. I pick buckets of them up most times of the year.
We also sell dried blueberries, cranberries, and strawberries. You check out these items on our new website at montiestartcherries.com
We have some cherries that are organically grown. You have to ask for them specifically. Most of the organic cherries are sold by contract. We do have some extra at times that are sold publicly. All of our dried fruits are ready to eat.
Dried cherries have a years shelf life when stored in a dry dark cool space. Refrigeration or freezing can extend the shelf life.
