Sept. 30, 2022...Update...Energized Electric failed to install the generator per the purchase agreement. They have not returned my calls or emails. Does anyone know if they are still in business?

I have been a customer of Energized Electric for 3 years. They installed my Generac generator 3 years ago, and did a very good job with the installation. Since that time, I have paid for an expensive maintenance contract to make sure that the generator is well serviced and always ready. Since I recently had my second service call out of my prepaid 2-service-call maintenance plan, I wanted to renew my contract. However, after numerous phone calls, I have been unable to reach anyone and, as it turns out, after about 10 rings, their system hangs up the phone, so I cannot even leave a message. Now. when I first started calling, it was when hurricane Ian was a few days away from Florida, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they were probably swamped by panic callers. I was hoping that they might get around to calling or texting me after 4 unanswered calls - in case I had an emergency - but nothing. Now the storm has passed and I am still calling and still getting hung up on after 10 rings. I have now - for the first time since I started with them - begun to feel that they might not be there for me in a true emergency. Sadly, it is obviously time to search for a new maintenance company!

Would never recommend these guys. Total failure in communication from beginning to end on getting my Generator installed in my Stuart home. I wish I had read more of the reviews before hand and took them seriously. These guys definitely need their hand held the entire way.

Uffffff ! good luck trying to get an appointment , horrible communication , really feel I was dealing with a call center in another country
