First time at JC penny portraits and the workers very nice. Although I only liked maybe 3 pictures out of all the pictures taken. I have received my digitals and I’m not to happy, kinda look to airbrushed, needs better lighting and more lighting. My I phone takes better quality pictures. The lady who took my photos didn’t let me see any as she was taking them and didn’t take many pictures of one pose. It was kinda like snap next kind of deal. I only got to see the pictures uploaded for me to choose but I thought it was just the computers quality since it was an older model. In all honesty I only liked 3 images. I realized I took a picture kissing my baby and that one didn’t come up so I’m assuming the photographer only chose what she liked for me to choose from. Myself and baby didn’t have any direction as far as how to place hands, maybe move legs closer elbow down kind of situation, maybe come by and help pose. I feel like the images could have came out better with better placement and not so awkward. Maybe implement big mirrors in front that would of been amazing. There was no second worker as a helper. Only the photographer so I understand she can’t do it all but I did say two people shoot and included baby’s age therefore I’d think there should have been a second person to help guide. I also feel like she was rushing because during my session two other families were waiting. I bought the $307 package and I only did it because my baby’s photos where there but I am not satisfied at all. I expected more from professionals. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be returning due to my one time bad experience. Thank you for being kind but I pay attention to detail especially if I’m not one to go cheap on my images because they are memories. Please try and fix these small things that matter to many and I promise a lot more people will be happier. I seen other reviews that say lighting terrible.

For the most point, she was able to take pictures. Unfortunately she didn't get the kids to smile and I think she was too rushed by all the familes waiting.

Been a customer for over 6 years with JC Penney portraits this last time we took a family picture pictures came out horrible! Pictures came out way darker than what was shown in my digital album Also didn't notice until I got the pictures that the the photographer cut off my son and husband's top of there head! Pictures are way too expensive for a poor quality!

I took my squirmy and unpredictable 1 year old in for photos. The photographer (Sylvia) was so patient and kind. I was almost certain she wouldn't be able to get a good shot because my kiddo spent most of the session trying to toddle away. …

think you should ask Jcpenney management that question.... your question is broadcast to customers who have done business there. I do agree with your frustration thou.
