I used this business after purchasing something from an online auction in the Philadelphia area. I really had no idea what to expect so the initial communication was a little confusing. Once we got the details worked out, the cost of pick-up, packaging and shipping ended up being a little less that their initial quote. Everything came very well packed with no damage to the pieces - including 2 lampshades that were packaged. I would use them again if the need arose.

The older guy is so nice and help me with everything. Now I am always here. I’ll drive out of my way just to mail my items from here because they know exactly what they are doing.

Purchased a few items from an auction house, they had this company on their recommended as one of the shipping agent. Regreted big time. The staff (Waly) doesn't know what he's doing, Craig (I suppose the boss had to stepped in). They required to provide credit card details for payment or cheque payment. In today's world, giving out your card details is a definite NO, and cheque payment is not possible as I live halfway around the world. Yet, they failed to acknowledge this. They don't have an online payment for overseas customers. Only until I insisted on making PayPal payment, and they allowed with an additional fee of USD10. I've been using PayPal for years; this is the first time anyone asked for additional charges for using PayPal payments. Ridiculous! Overall, service is slow, long-winded, and overcharge. If this business with the below par service standard in my country, they'd long gone out of business. I rate this a negative 5 stars!
