Had a great stay at Timber Trail on our way down the bike trail. Kenny hooked us up with a secluded, tent site in the cedar grove and we cooled off in the pool before cyclig into town 1.7 mi) for dinner. Fantastic WI hospitality.

Nice campground! Well kept, quiet area. No frills and very reasonably priced. The entire family loved our annual camping weekend. We are sure to return as well as tell others about your campground. Bill and Sylvia Schmidt

I was pleasantly surprised. We tent camped and they had some fairly nice rustic spots Available. Not often you get that in a place that caters mostly to campers and RVs. Access to Anapee trail was great also.

I had such an amazing stay at this campground! The owners were very personable and the seasonal campers were fun to be around. This is the kind of campground that you will want to come back to for years. The bathrooms were incredibly comforting and the fire ring was small, but retained a lot of heat. The tent sites are under a beautiful, thick canopy of trees and are secluded by a marsh. This is the perfect distance from highway 42, which is a beautiful drive through Door County. Algoma has a lighthouse and a fun marina dynamic. I also caught my first Bowfin in the Algoma River! It was a great “home-base” for my Door county adventure. All in all, I cannot wait to come back. -Braelyn.

Yep, absolutely.
Yes they do.
It is a nice trail, it is part of the ahnapee state trail. I ride it with my grandkids sometimes pulling a trailer for the little ones.
