Staffed with delightful and utterly helpful employees. I was in there for an Amazon return. I witnessed them politely offer a lady trying to bubble pack a massive box their “pack & ship service” the lady declined the service. So she had to move outside to the curb to finish packing the box. However, because it was so blatantly obvious that the lady needed help one of the staff members went outside on the curb to help the lady with packaging the massive box notwithstanding. Now, that is Outstanding Service !!! Right ? Oh I guess I should also mention that they were really helpful and patient with me too when I was having problems pulling up my Amazon return QR code on my phone LOL !!!

Rafeek at UPS was OUTSTANDING. I came in with baby shower games to print on card stock and he made sure it was perfect before I left. I can not even begin to emphasize how appreciative I am. Highly recommend!! Thank you so much Rafeek!

I would definitely call them. I wouldn't think so, but it would be a smart idea to find out when they have the most employees on hand, and might expect to be less busy. They can't be sure that they'll be less busy, but by introducing yourself and describing your shipping needs, I think you'd get some good advice.
