Package was due today at 8pm latest. Original guestimate given was 5:50pm. I’m typically not one to be upset about a delay but the reason was that the customer (me) was not present to accept the package at 7:37… I’ve been waiting since I got home at 6:02 in excitement. They didn’t even bother to stop by and called it a night early. Trying to call and of course they’re already closed. Frustrating to say the least. Delay wasn’t reported until 7:50ish and still said it would be here before end of day? It wasn’t. Also bever tried to contact me though my info is listed incase they had trouble finding the house for whatever reason. Shame on them.

Staff are very helpful. Very convenient location, you can come from back roads or just drive to the intersection of US 202 and Matlack Street, coming from 202 South make a left at Matlack Street. The customers parking and entrance are located on Matlack street once you get off US 202. Willowbrook Lane is just to exit the facility (very odd address).
