Worst service ever Sent emergency package overnight and now third day it never been delivered !!!!!!

I called due to a package that showed delivered that I didn't have in my box. connie answered and looked into this and was extremely nice and helpful.

Not a retail location. Cannot send anything from you. Person unloading the truck asked me to go in when I asked him if this was a retail location. Once I got in the manager was very rude and asked me if I couldn't read the signs posted? I explained to him that I was told to enter the location by one of his employees hence I was inside. He could have just told me that they couldn't provide the service that I was looking for and that I shouldn't be here. He didn't have to be mean or rude that was unnecessary.
