they charge you $2 for a package received with UPS. I have a PO Box and when we asked for our mail, they said they had nothing. Knowing we had a package, we asked for it and they gave it to us. They were actually holding another package which they still did not handed over. They are very disorganized as other PO Box we had in the past only needed the box number to provide everything. When we called to complained they were rude and hanged up on us. Stay away.

I had to fax about 30 pages and the owner was so patient and made sure every page was done front and back and I thought I had to make copies to keep but he was honest with me and said no don't waste money you are receiving all your papers beck no need to copy because I send a copy and you keep the originals and he saved me money . He was accurate and everything went through perfectly .I highly recommend this place for faxing and package delivery and pick up .

Yes they do, just call them and they will assist you.
I know they do notarizations - I've used them several times for this purpose. I cannot remember how much they charge though. It's reasonable, less than $10.
