This is a private association. This is not a park for people to come and hang out at. You must be an owner or a guest of an owner. We do NOT have a public beach or a public playground, these things are for our association members ONLY!!! We love our home away from home! This is a great park with park models, campers, and even some tents now and then. We are owners of our lots, not renters, so that means we pay taxes on the land we own. This is not just a campground, it is a piece of heaven here on earth.

What an awesome community. From golf cart rides to frolf baskets and put put. You can go wrong becoming a member or knowing somebody who lives in this perfect estate. Water access from beaches to super clean bathhouses makes you feel right at home.
