Train station is standard: bathroom/tickets teller is only available only during dayhours, only in main building. Parking is a mess: Make sure to study maps of parking lots, as different lots permission does not allow use of others, you will get a $75 ticket, even if you did pay for parking...but car is parked in wrong spot. So extra time and study needed.

One of the larger train stops for NJ transit. Unfortunately, AMTrack does NOT stop here. Since covid, there has been plenty of parking, but it wasn’t always that way.

About an hour for express train and 1:20 for the local train

By the parking regulations, yes for two days. One might want to try their luck as if they start parking at a particular hour when the enforcement might just miss those extra four hours. Likely not worth the risk. Considering how little revenue they are getting and how few cars they need to patrol. My speculation but it sounds reasonable.
ATM and the kiosk for either Rail, SEPTA or NJ Transit, should be up and running. Last I passed through, I believe they were operating. However, the actual status of the common train station situation being open to the public or not is my only uncertainty. You should be able to utilize the machines to self service or know the exact fare, carry that , or have it before hand just as precaution. Hope I helped! Good luck, Be well, Be safe!
The paid parking lots next to the train station are best. It's $6 (credit only) for 24 hours and they have the ParkMobile app if you want to pay that way.
