I called asking why my divorce was not finalized after receiving receipt of filing. When I called, a woman just yelled a URL at me until I told her she was being rude and not helpful. That was October 2021. Finally got the nerve to call again and was informed my submission was incomplete. Again, fairly useless and claiming they could not give me information since they were not my legal representative. They also double billed me for the cost of the paperwork because I paid for them from Onlinedivorce/pa.com and the Court House charged me as though I got the paperwork from them. Lucky for me this divorce is completely amicable…other than dealing with the Media Courthouse bureaucracy.

Truly- this is hell. This place and these people at this courthouse. Just the worst authority to deal with ever. My cousin quit working here because he hated the people.
