Price keeps going up every time I'm here. Trashy cardboard or tape over prices on the menu. Sometimes prices are covered with no price listed in drive thru Employees are good, owner seems to be the problem. Corporate needs to investigate this location.

On 22 June, 2022 (7pm), my elderly father placed an order at the drive-through at this location. The speaker was malfunctioning and he had difficulty hearing the employee after he asked a question. As such, he asked again at the window - simple question about whether a certain type of pizza was available. All of a sudden, a male employee rushed to the window in front of the cashier and yelled at my father that he already answered the question and he was wasting their time. Rather than responding to the unnecessarily combative employee's rant, my father simply told the employee to give him his card and receipt so he could be on his way. When he reached to take it, the employee held onto the card and told my father, "I don't like your tone. You're going to ask me in a proper manner." He withheld the credit card from my father for some time. This entire incident was completely ridiculous and reflected unbelievably poor customer service. My father is known for his friendly and courteous demeanor, and to be yelled at and lectured over repeating a question is just crazy. This employee has no business interacting with customers, and makes the entire Little Caesars organization look bad. If I could rate ZERO stars, you'd better bet I would. Total disgrace to treat customers this way (especially elderly ones with hearing disabilities). Little Caesars should be ashamed!!!

I had the worst service here today!!!! I had a door dash order that wasn't ready, so they asked me to pull to the front to wait. After 45 mins of waiting & calling with no avail, I go back through the drive thru... They ask me if I had been waiting All this time???? Then try to push 20 pizzas through the drive thru window. Mind you the workers were hanging out in the back & side of building taking orders from friends cars!!!!!

I have been coming to here once a week on a regular basis for almost a year now. Staff has been friendly, the order has been correct and the pizza decent. I would give a better review if not for the last 2 weeks I’ve been turned away either because “computers where down” or “not enough staff”.
