The woman was short on the phone and seemed to not want to help. I said our LG washer isn't working and she said call LG, she didn't even seem interested in selling us a new washer and just wanted off the phone. They sell LG too..."we don't look at LG" edit: I saw your reply and glad you took notice, we are going to buy a washer and dryer somewhere and if not for that woman on the phone it would have been business with you. Thanks for the response.

What a great company!! Been around since 1939! Can't beat that. They showed up when they said they would. The guy was completely knowledgeable, knew what the problem was (gas dryer not heating up). Fixed it. Great company!
