Ordered chicken tenders with corn and broccoli and had it delivered. There was no broccoli at all and the corn was thrown in the same container as the tenders and when I got it the tenders were soggy from the corn water and tasted terrible. Will jot be back

We got seated and then was stuck with a brand new waitress that was only on her 5th day whom was so overwhelmed that she kept forgetting things and it so wasn't her fault i strike it up to lack of training she should've still been shadowing a veteran waitress cause she would start crying everytime you tried to ask for something she missed. Well then our food came out and this is the miserable part. I didn't get my fries my child didn't get her salad then when she did she had to wait on dressing. My spouse plate was supposed to be the whole hog with sausage bacon ham eggs and home fries no sausage no ham home fries were cold and the french toast and pancake. I wouldn't have slopped pigs with this meal. So my spouse ended up eating biscuits and gravy and the manager took the whole hog plate off my ticket. This store needs a complete overhaul in staff and mgmt. Apparently there is a serious lack of training and leadership. I will not be back for quite sometime.

Service okay, although waitress brought the full dinner meal rather than the reduced portion lunch meal we ordered. At checkout this was brought to the cashier's attention. She then asked if extra portion of chicken was eaten, which it was because we didn't realize we had received the larger portion meal until we received the bill. She declined reducing the cost of the more expensive meal citing that our waitress was new and probably just didn't understand our order. To which I replied that she knew what we ordered because I not only pointed to it on the menu, she asked if we wanted to substitute the listed sides. The chicken was tasteless and not grilled. The broccoli was overcooked and extremely buttery. Our dining experience was obviously disappointing. Previous visits were always good so we will give BE a second chance. We understand the turmoil our governing authorities have created in their response to the pandemic and want to be patient, but it is no excuse for substandard food. It will be a while before we try BE again.

Wanna play hockey? Come down to Bob Evans! You get two sausage patties, burnt black, and so greasy that they'll easily slide down the ice! Worst part is Bob Evans is known for his delicious sausage... And wow, the pancakes are delicious! The syrup is 90% water and soaks right through your burnt pancakes! Amazing sandwiches as well! Mine had a minuscule piece of bacon, a slice of cheese, and a complimentary burnt piece of bread. The servers are nice, but there's a reason the food is so cheap...
