Open, collaborative, and professional teamwork are keys to our process as we build your dream landscape project together. Our landscaping process consists of 5 main steps. Consultation: A meeting, often on-site, where we learn your vision for the project, as well as get an idea of the space and budget we’ll be working with. Return Bid: The living document that represents our initial vision for the landscaping project and houses an itemized pricing list for suggested materials. Project Design: The 6-8 week portion of the process wherein our design team creates a concrete vision and presents the plans to the client. Finalize Project Design: Big Rock delivers the final design plans along with detailed information and specs on each element of the design, and the next steps are discussed. Begin Construction: After documents are finalized, the designer, project manager, and client meet together to discuss scheduling and begin the construction phase of the landscaping process.

It depends wholly on the size and scope of the project. All of our residential landscaping projects are custom designs and we pride ourselves on taking the time with our clients to make sure that they are getting exactly what they want while being budget-conscious.

And Big Rock will always warranty a product install to the full warranty given by the subcontractor or supplier.
