We absolutely love our new carpet. Paul was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions to ensure I could make an informed decision. I think we went through every carpet sample in their store two or three times before I made up my mind and he was so patient the entire time. The installers did an excellent job and were much faster than I expected. It was obvious they were experienced carpet layers. We couldn't be happier with our new carpet.

We spent forever in this store trying to choose what carpet to put in our new house. The staff were patient, courteous, and knowledgeable. We ordered our carpet (got a first responders discount) then left on vacation. They installed while we were out of town and did a wonderful job. Not overly expensive, but worth every penny paid.

We recently bought carpet and laminate through carpet one totaling over $13k. When giant carpet one sent people to remove our tile, our entire house was covered in dust. They didn’t put drapes up over anything. We are still cleaning dust off our couch, clothes, dishes, cabinets, etc. months later. When the installers pulled our fridge out to do the floor, they broke the water supply line and it flooded our brand new flooring. The floor edge caps on the laminate look terrible and keep rising up. They are terrible quality. Paul, the store manager was who we bought through directly. He was terrible to work with and made promises he couldn’t keep. He is just a sleazy salesman. We won’t be using giant carpet one in the future due to the service we received from him.
