Usually weekends are pretty busy. Try using Open Table. I have waited until 30 min before I would like to be there & always get the reservation. Plus you get points frim Open Table too.
That is not something Bowman's could handle last minute. We are a smaller establishment with not a lot of wiggle room for large parties. If you would like to speak further, please call Wednesday-Sunday 11:30am-9:00pm when we are open. We will be closed on Thanksgiving Day. Hope you enjoy your Holidays!
