Genesis was very helpful when I went in to the store recently. She showed me recommendations on dog treats. And informed me of what to use to treat hot spots for my dog! I was very pleased with my visit and the customer service from Genesis was great. Definitely will be coming back again for any of my pet needs!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pet wash area had not been cleaned and smelled bad. I would come back to shop but not to wash my dog.

July 14th 2022.Was told Monday I could bring back bad dog food and they did not honor that statement. Quite upset about that. Will avoid that location now. First visit there. Store was very clean, well stocked and employees very helpful. Found what I wanted. Price was a little higher but saved because I didn't have to travel another 20 miles. Worth it. Going to go back again. Recommend for you pet lovers. Can also bring pet with you and Covid compliant.
