I highly recommend Miami British. Working with Joel takes the fear out of owning a highly complex Land Rover product. If you own a Land Rover and understand that proper maintenance is key to longevity and happy ownership then you also know that you can only achieve that if you have a smart, well-informed Land Rover specialist that knows you and your vehicle well. Joel and his team at Miami British fit exactly this description. I have a well-loved Range Rover Mk III L322 that needed attention regarding certain items that are known problems to this specific model. In this case, I came in because of a coolant leak. Joel walked me through the preventative work that he thought was prudent to tackle given the age and mileage of my truck. He suggested that I should replace all the hoses and coolant as well as install a new water pump. I thought this was great since my goal is long term ownership and not 'quick-fixes' that lead to more issues down the line. Joel was upfront with the pricing to which we agreed on and he completed the work in the timeframe he gave me as an estimate. I was impressed that he sent me a video from his POV on the work he was doing mid-repair. The total cost that Miami British charged for the job was fair. It was substantially less than what Land Rover South Dade dealership had quoted me on the phone for a new water pump (only) when I called for an estimate. When I picked up my Range Rover, Joel gave me tons of time in his office to discuss the job he completed as well as a few items that I should have in mind for the future. I really appreciated this and look forward to sorting out other wear and tear items that will inevitable need Joel's attention down the line. Aside from providing excellent service and attention, Joel is very passionate about Land Rover vehicles and I truly believe he takes care of my truck the same way he takes care of his own Range Rover (that he daily drives). I plan to continue to work with Joel and his team at Miami British for as long as I own Land Rover vehicles.

Very unprofessional!!! I went to the store to buy a water pump outlet for my Range Rover Sport and had to buy 2 parts because it was updated by the manufacturer. As I was there I asked the guy who was taking care of my order what was the price for changing those parts plus the water pump and he told me the total amount was 2k included all the parts needed to the job to make it in the right way and it will take one day. As I had bought the water pump in another store (Miami British charges $259.00for it) and the water pump outlet kit of 2 parts for $160.00) the total amount I should pay was $1,581.00, right? My car was in another repair shop and I thought the smarter thing to do was taking the car to Miami British and that what I did. I paid $500.00 in the first repair shop includes the water pump plus $200.00 for the towing service to take my car to Miami British. When my car was there my son went to the store to care of it and was told to him that the price the attendant gave me day before was wrong and the right price was $2,400.00 included all the parts needed. He called me and I told him to explain there that the attendant gave me price and I had decided to take the car there based on it. The person responsible for the repair shop told him to not worry about the price because as he had already bought some parts the price would be less than $2k. I went to pick up my car today and they charged me $2,324.04 and they told me they didn’t use the water pump because there was a silicone on it. I told them again that the price wasn’t right based on everything thing explained before and they told me they couldn’t do nothing about that because it as a mistake. One more detail, the guy who had gave me the price day before he confirmed everything in front of the person responsible for the repair shop. Short long story, I spent at Miami British $2,324.04+$160.00 = $2,484,94. I think some thing like that would not happen, but just happened to me, today. Thanks Miami British for that!!!!
