Slow customer service. A bank teller had the person in the front line wait just to chit chat with her bank teller co worker and as soon as she saw her manager walk out and gave her the look, she quickly went back to her section and attended the next customer in line, horrible and lazy. These girls should be working at a warehouse to get their laziness off their minds.

Dont use the drive thru ATM. I went to get money out and it wouldn’t dispense my cash. It deducted the amount from my account though. Instead of fixing it, they made me file a claim. Now I have to wait to get my own money as they process my “claim”. I walked inside and the employees all knew it was broken, but no one bothered to put a sign on it. I guess its not a big deal to them since its not THEIR money. 😭

Customer service is all but customer service while waiting for a banker over 25 mins helped 1 person then she went to lunch with 4 customers waiting & manager says no replacement. Stunning service

I have had a Wells Fargo business account for sometime now more than four years we also processed our customers Visa cards American Express if you have a business I would recommend finding another bank other than Wells Fargo to assist you in growing your business recently I had an issue with the credit card processing! Wells Fargo uses a secondary processing Company to process the visa cards when you have a problem it's a nightmare trying to get your money again if you own a business you may want to consider another bank other than Wells Fargo I look forward to moving on to my new bank. Farewell Wells Fargo you will not be messed my blood pressure's has been up for more than a week.
