Awesome customer service. The waitress was rude and when I called to speak with the manager and asked for his name, he only wanted me to know why and why I wanted to talk to him. NOT PROFESSIONALISM!

Food wasn’t fresh; chips were stale, tortillas for birria quesataco was hard, and lemonade wasn’t fresh. I really don’t understand the 4.2 stars. Flavors we’re good but my order just felt old.

They do charge the minimum 18% and I agree that it is what the client wants to give, but it is not the only place that does it...as far as customer treatment is concerned, they do not do it badly, they have always treated me with kindness.
