Really great place to live! The property manager onsite Alicia is so helpful for questions and really stays on top of property making sure you feel like a valued tenant. She's a gem. Also I get Soo many compliments on the quality of the lofts and I love that bragging right!

AMAZING!!! The property manager Camile is THE BEST! She got me in my place super fast! Super nice, up to date.. and the property features are super nice for a loft ! First time living in a loft and by far the best experience I have ever had!

Living in this loft was a complete nightmare. On day 2 of moving in I began to notice bites on my legs everyday would be more bites. So I started to inspect the floors and base boards of the loft and I found fleas. Big fleas! I tried everything to get rid of them mind you I don’t have a pet. After contacting the company they tried to assist but nothing helped the fleas kept populating. Mind you I’m going through this while 6 months pregnant. Trying to work with them on terminating my lease was hell. I had to contact code a compliance it got so bad. I do not recommend these lofts! You’ve been warned!

Beautiful styled lofts. If you have a dog you will like it here. A few times there was dog pee in the ground, but nothing worse then I’ve seen at some of the other lofts in the area. Hearing Gunshots is something to get use to due to the area the loft is located. Camille is an overall nice leasing manager. I had dried up wasp nests in my apartment that were never removed and they are throughout the building. You wouldn’t notice them unless you’re just starting at the roof. Also had a pest issue with bugs they could not identify and I was told the only way they could come in my apartment is if they were brought in by me from outside. It was a stressful situation but they let me out of my lease due to the issue not being resolved in any other way. Also the gym stays dirty due to the industrial-ness of the building. It should be dusted and cleaned more often.
