I'm 71, & don't have any of the energy, sex or health issues indicating low test, but I am, after all, 71. What are the chances I'm good naturally? (I work out w/an ultra-high intensity protocol. I think that has a positive effect.)

Sounds like you’re doing great! You could be at appropriate levels for your age. The only way to know for sure is through blood testing.
