Nice people, nice store with lots of gas appliances to buy. Gas prices are reasonable and they will get it out to you when they say they will. Much better than where I used to get my Propane.

My husband went and filled out the application to start propane service with this company. There was already a tank on our property we just bought. They offered a great price @1.49 a gallon to fill the tank all the way up. The tank needed 60 gallons according to our work order with the tank already being 55% full according to our work order. We thought great less than $100 to get it all said and done. The next day this lady calls and informs my husband we are responsible for the gas that was already in the tank as well and needed to pay an additional $127.03! She proceeded to tell us that the people who just moved out of our home, who were renters not buyers asked for a refund on the gas in the tank! The tank had gas in it when these folks started to rent the place, and the previous homeowner never asked for a refund on the gas she purchased that was already in place. This company is very shady and double dipping on gas sales. We are currently working with an attorney as we are getting bills with unpaid finance charges on gas that was paid for a long time ago by the previous owner of this property. Let's not forget the additional fees were never mentioned at the time of the application he filled out in their office or the time of our service order. Update as of 6/6/2018 Refusing to refund our money, these jokers came and picked up the tank, coming on our property after I told them not to, and announced it was a civil matter so sue them. We called the police and they confirmed it was a civil matter and nothing could be done at that exact time. Theresa, the witch who answers their phone, let me just bite my tongue on her. Look, they offer a great rate at first and once they have you hooked their claws come out and they know the only way you can touch them is to take them to court. See you there Coosa Valley with the video I have of the creeps you sent to my house today.

When i worked at Coosa valley propane it was known as Dekalb Gas. I was one of the three original person that worked and trained others to deliver propane. I had worked propane for a couple years already. We had driver's that was on call 24 hours day. That was years ago. We had service technician that was the same also. I don't know how they are now.
