Matt Nielsen

I have been a dealer for REI for a couple years and the service has been up and down. That is until we got a new Sales Rep in our Area. I work with Richard Parent in New England now and he has been great to work with. Richard goes above and beyond for his customers and has a real hands approach as a sales rep. To do business in New England it’s really the personal touch that seems to keep the customer and even through Covid Richard was actively trying to get to his customers (through correct channels not exposing) to make sure they had what they need.

Extremely down to earth people. Debt free and family owned for nearly 100 years. They produce high-tech equipment to communities all across America that is beneficial and not inhibiting like other products. I have nothing negative to say about them.

Joshua Scholes

I worked here for 3 weeks, I was trained for one week then my supervisor left for a week and a half for vacation. I got in trouble multiple times for asking others on things I didn't know or didn't know how to do. The area manager was horrible to me so I went to Human Resources about it and the next day I was fired.
