I have been hear 2 years and these people will not fix my apt to satisfy my section 8 and all they have to do is paint and fix my border. They jump rent up and charge you for everything even parking in there parking lot. My mailbox key broke and the post office said I have to talk to the property manager and they won't to charge my 50$ I'll just have to catch the mailman to get my mail Because of their neglecting to do their job I am having to look for another place with a newborn baby and no $ but FIP cause they won't to throw 100$ fee on me all of a sudden for a month to month lease, and I have had month to month lease since July 2021 when my lease was up and never got charged,the bam all of a sudden. Stay away from hear or JAnd m property management if you can!!
