Very unprofessional GENERAL MANAGER. I used to work here, so I know Linda is the GM. I’m a dasher now, and just watched her hand my customers order to a customer whom she did not confirm the order number with (they are supposed to to ensure they’re not giving the food to a random person) and then told me to see if I can catch her instead of remaking the customers food that I had the order number for.

The response COMMENT from MCDONALDS, is a VERY POOR RESPONSE TO the disgruntled CUSTOMER👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 WHY? When in,--- "any kind of SALES BUSINESS" tell me: 1. What is the 1st RULE in SALES? 2. What is the 2nd RULE in SALES The MCDONALD'S STAFF who answered this "disgruntled customer's" question FAILED,---like scored an "F". Unfortunately with that response,---you have not only lost that CUSTOMER,---but through "word of mouth". Now you also lost "anybody" he shared this experience he had with McDonald's. STOP!! You just broke RULE #1, never "PASS THE BUCK OF BLAME" ONTO THE CUSTOMER!!! And that's exactly what you just did, by suggesting that it's a problem to "patiently" wait on the business for service, & go inside for quicker service. Now you've just indicated that it's the customer who made the wrong choice,---the situation is the customer's fault 😈👎 That is horrible "CUSTOMER SERVICE". STOP thinking about SELF, START thinking about the CUSTOMER!!!!
I asked a manager this question and theu said it was two fold 1- it requires dedicating half of an ice cream machine 24/7 for nog. 2- sales of the flavor were small in Carroll and the Franchisee said it wasn't worth it. Jeff
Idk for sure but I would guess not enough employees. They never used to.
Think they are always hiring
To be honest there could be a couple different reasons this situation could happen. Busy time, short staff, there is orders before yours, or maybe they want to give you the freshest food so they have to cook it.
