Hello. Monster Monkey Studios only does price quotes through a formal in-person consultation. Please call to schedule a consultation so we can give you the most accurate price quote possible.
That would depend on the artist holding the machine. If an artist is willing you still need to br prepared to prove you had cancer and it's at least in remission.
Most have a $50 minimum. I have been to several and that has been the norm.
