Nothing gives me more anxiety than trying to get an appointment at Family Practice! I love Dr Settje but it should not take a dozen phone calls, having to call a alternative number (call insurance or or accounts to send you through the switch board to the front desk because the front speak won’t answer direct calls) a serious game of phone tag and 18+ hours to get an appt. The administrative staff & answering service are nothing short of unhelpful and boarder-line rude. Front desk frequently tells me Dr Settje is not in, however when I finally get through to his nurse he is magically “no, Dr Settje is in office…” We have been dedicated to Dr Settje but it’s sad that one has to essentially lose their patience to either talk to the nurse or get an appt. In addition business hours information on website, practice website and social media is incorrect but when mentioned to any one individual they advise, “this is not my problem, you will need to advise ___________”

Went in because I was sick with sore throat and was told couldn't have any medicine until day 6-7 and I was on day 3. What the hell kinda deal is that??? That is why I went in to get some medicine to get better. WOW!
